CASIO.md is an independent informational resource about CASIO watches for audiences in the Republic of Moldova. This policy explains what data the site may receive and how it is used.
Website status
The owner and editorial team of CASIO.md manage data voluntarily submitted through website forms. CASIO.md is not the official CASIO website, representative, distributor or an affiliated resource in the Republic of Moldova.
Data we may receive
Forms may process a name, phone number, email address, message, selected model, page language, page URL and UTM parameters. The server may also retain standard technical logs required for security and operation.
Purposes
Form data is used to respond to an enquiry, clarify model information, administer the request and protect the site from abuse. We do not use form data for automated decision-making.
Cookies
Necessary cookies are used for sessions, CSRF protection, language and storing the cookie preference. Google analytics/tag tools are loaded only after the user gives explicit consent.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to process the request, maintain internal records and meet applicable obligations. A user may request correction or deletion through the site contact channel.
Third-party services
If analytics are accepted, technical data may be transferred to Google under its applicable terms. Analytics tags are not started before consent.
